CINEMA, FASHION AND TV TRIUMPHING AT THE “ECO-CHIC” GALA NIGHT OF 2012 MIFF AWARDS
In the fabulous location at the 31st floor of Palazzo Pirelli in Milan, on the 15th of May, 2012 MIFF Awards’ Gala Night took place. A soirée characterized by a perfect union between cinema, fashion and television, whose best talents were awarded with the prestigious Leonardo’s Horse. The host of the show, Thomas Incontri, entertained the guests giving to the event a sparkling rhythm with a taste of Hollywood.
Among MIFF TV Awards winners, Enzo Iacchetti, as Best TV Host, I Turbolenti, Alex Belli while, talking of cinema, Italian director Matteo Vicino, actress Kate Connor and filmmakers Marco Gianfreda and Brian Devine. Fashion too stepped in through a white carpet where Paola Puro’s creations modelled, awarded by Chiara Ferragni as patroness. During the night, guests tasted a Mediterranean dinner served in the most ecologic way possible by catering “La cicala d’oro”, in the spirit of the green component characterizing MIFF Awards.
Starting from the 16th to the 19th, winning features and shorts will be screened for the audience at Teatro del Borgo in Brera. So, if you miss’em don’t lose the next screenings, they “deserve” to be watched.
