THE ITALIAN EDITION: 3rd GALA DEDICATED TO ITALIAN CINEMA’S YOUNG GENERATION
“FILM 4 MEETING – DISCOVERING NEW TALENTS” (Sala Margana, November, 18th 2012), comes back to Rome after the success of the Los Angeles edition last February. It will be an opportunity to meet, share and promote new talents of the Italian film industry; the aim being to put a light on cinema and on its (young) workers.
This event is organized and introduced by the editorial staff of Film 4 Life (which celebrates its second birthday since its creation), sponsored by the Provincia di Roma, with the contribution of the Valsele Film Festival and in conjunction with the seventh edition of the Festival Internazionale del Film di Roma. The intent is to create a network within the film industry, with a link between the United States and Italy in order to diffuse new ideas and exalting new talents.
The evening is promoted with the collaboration of the Margana 41 association; it will have a selection of special guests whom will be called on stage to perform live, in front of an audience made of highly skilled professionals all credited and appreciated by the industry.
Film 4 Meeting is an informal gala meeting, introduced by the creators of the event Simone Bracci (Film 4 Life’s CEO) and Francesca Vennarucci (Media director) and hosted by the talented Maddalena Caravaggi and Cristiano Martinali.
The first part will focus on the presentation of the young talents’ work, and then there will be the sharing part between the different guests (producers and artists), a moment of real and official networking where everybody will be able to exchange information, talk about future projects and co-working.
During the event, the photographic exhibition “Electric Feel” by Stefano Malandrino will be presented and will decorate the walls of the Sala Margana.
