RESE PUBBLICHE LE CANDIDATURE PER GLI OSCAR BRITANNICI
Le novità non sono molte, visto che tanti nomi si sono già visti per i Golden Globe, ma il Bafta 2013 si conferma comunque uno dei premi più importanti per la televisione d’Oltremanica. Infatti, organizzato dalla British Academy of Film and Television Arts, è considerato al pari del Cèsar in Francia e del David di Donatello in Italia. La statuetta più ambita è ovviamente quelle per il miglior film dove Life of Pi, Lincoln e Les Miserables sembrano favoriti, su Argo e Zero Dark Thirty.
Nella categoria Director ‘brilla’ il nome di Quentin Tarantino con il suo nuovo Django Unchained, ma non sarà facile vedersela con Ben Affleck (Argo) e Ang Lee, che ha stupito molto con Life of Pi. Fra gli attori è una lotta tra sex symbol, con Hugh Jackman (Les Miserables) che sfida Bradley Cooper (Silver Linings Playbook) e ancora Ben Affleck.
Tra le attrici è tutto aperto, con cinque pretendenti tutte dotate di talento e bellezza, in gara per il Bafta 2013 ci sono Jessica Chastain (Zero Darh Thirty) Marion Cotillard (Rsut and Bone), Jennifer Lawrence (Silver Linigs Playbook), Hellen Mirren (Hitchcock) e Emmanuelle Riva (Amoir). La premiazione del Bafta 2013 si terrà a Londra il 10 febbraio, alla Royal House Opera di Londra.
